1. Eligibility
Returns and full refunds are accepted within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
To qualify for a refund, all products must be returned in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Final sale / clearance items, personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Shipping Cost
- If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect on our part: We will cover return shipping and full refund.
- If you return items due to personal reasons: Return shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense, original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Refund Process
Please contact our customer service first before returning goods.
After we receive and verify your returned package, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
