Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, processing, delivery and international logistics rules for all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you fully agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, order processing may be slightly delayed due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Standard international shipping delivery time ranges from 7–25 business days, depending on destination countries, local logistics efficiency, seasonal factors and customs clearance. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fee Rules

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on item weight, size and customer’s shipping destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time according to store activities. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by our store or caused by our shipping error.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after the package leaves our warehouse due to international logistics scanning delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. Any customs fees or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not bear any tariff costs, return fees or penalties caused by customs inspection.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, weather disasters, local logistics strikes, public emergencies or buyer’s incorrect shipping address. If the package is delayed, stuck in transit or pending customs, buyers need to cooperate with local postal service or customs to complete delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the tracking status shows “Delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or missing items after successful delivery. If the package is confirmed lost during transit, we will offer reshipment or refund according to logistics verification results.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, unclaimed pickup or customs rejection will be at the buyer’s cost. We will not refund original shipping fees. Resending fees will be charged if the buyer needs re-delivery.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website. Your continued use of our store services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
